This is my 76th journal.
Didn’t sleep again last night despite taking melatonin. My kind of insomnia I believe is caused by my depression, and the fact that I had a chat with my manager and boss that led my mind to over process. I tried to actually write it down on my notebook physically in hope that it will help with my sleep as suggested by some people. But it didn’t really help at all.
Anyway, once my alarm clock went off, I got up and start preparing to go to work.
After work, I met up with my friend for ramen dinner at Clarke Quay before going for a pint of Hoegaarden (Belgium).
I actually like the taste of the beer. It’s gentle and in a way sweet. A good way to neutralize the bitterness and sourness that I am feeling generally.
I also have to note that after taking parasol extra (it comes with 10mg of caffeine), I didn’t feel that depressed anymore. But I guess we will see how tomorrow.
