This is my 77th journal.
I actually managed to sleep through most of the night. I won’t call it the perfect night sleep but if I can get to dream, which I did, I consider it decent enough. I did wake up slightly at around maybe 5am again before going back to sleep again.
For work, it was me working on the change request, preparing the documents, and discussing what needs to be done.
Then I left office feeling very tired.
Before I forget, I actually signed up for my first 10km run. Getting out of my comfort zone? Yeah, that’s part of it.
Tomorrow morning, I got to go collect meds for anxiety and mood issues, and have a consultation session with the doctor. After that, I need to make my way to the customer’s office to do prepare some examples for a discussion in the afternoon.
